Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 19, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of compellingcredit.com, our client portal, and any communication with Compelling Credit (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Our services

Compelling Credit offers credit repair, credit consulting and coaching, business credit guidance, and financial education. Credit repair services include reviewing your credit reports and disputing items that may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unverifiable with the credit bureaus and with creditors. The specific services you receive, their cost, and their timeline are set out in your written client agreement.

3. No guarantees

We cannot guarantee that any item will be removed from your credit report, that your credit score will increase by any amount, or that you will be approved for any loan, credit card, mortgage, or other financing. Accurate, timely information cannot be removed. Results vary by individual and depend on factors outside our control, including decisions made by credit bureaus, creditors, and lenders.

4. Your rights

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report yourself, directly with the credit bureaus and with creditors, at no cost. You are not required to hire a credit repair company to do this. Before you sign any agreement with us, we will give you a written statement of your rights under state and federal law, as required by the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act.

5. Client agreements, payment, and cancellation

Before we begin any credit repair work, you will receive and sign a written client agreement describing the services, the total cost, the payment terms, and the expected timeline.

  • No payment before services are performed. We do not charge or accept payment for credit repair services until those services have been fully performed, as required by federal law.
  • Three-day right to cancel. You may cancel your client agreement without any charge or penalty within three business days after you sign it. Instructions and a cancellation form are included with your agreement.
  • Ongoing cancellation. After the three-day period, you may cancel at any time by contacting us. You will only be charged for services already fully performed under your agreement.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate and complete information and to keep your contact details up to date. We will never advise you to make false or misleading statements to a credit bureau or creditor, to dispute information you know is accurate, or to create a new credit identity using a different Social Security number or employer identification number. These practices are illegal, and we will end our services if we are asked to take part in them.

7. Funding referrals

As part of our business credit and funding guidance, we may refer you to outside lenders or funding providers, which may include companies affiliated with or owned by Compelling Credit. When that is the case, we will tell you before you apply. We may receive a commission or referral fee from a lender if you are funded, and we will disclose that to you. We do not make lending decisions, and approval, loan amounts, rates, and terms are decided solely by each lender. Using our credit services does not guarantee any funding.

8. Client portal and account security

If you receive access to our client portal, you are responsible for keeping your login details private. Tell us right away if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

9. Privacy

We handle sensitive information, including credit reports and identification details, with care. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

10. Educational content

Articles, blog posts, social media content, and other materials on this website are for general education only. They are not legal, tax, or financial advice. For advice about your situation, consult a qualified professional.

11. Ownership of content

The Compelling Credit name, logo, website design, and content belong to Compelling Credit. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Compelling Credit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Credit Repair Organizations Act or any other law that cannot be waived. Any agreement that claims to waive those rights is void.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable federal law. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless the law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes do not alter a signed client agreement unless you agree in writing.
